The staff was friendly and always ready to assist, even though they struggled with the English language. However, they managed to communicate with me with the help of a translation app. the resort's Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which made it easy for me to stay connected with family and friends back home.

At times, the room service was very slow, and I had to walk to the reception desk frequently since the telephone in my room did not work. the room appeared smaller than expected, and the check-out time could have been more flexible.
